MTM
MTM (Mid-Train Meeting):
It’s a meeting during the middle period of the EVS, in which all the EVS volunteers gather in of the Romanian cities and have an evaluation of the current status of the project and an actual plan for their future after the EVS.
This week I was there, in Sinaia City, the beautiful small city far from the capital almost 121 K,
We had our MTM there, with other 45 volunteers, different nationalities and different projects inside of Romania.
We had a Personal Development Plan activity, which I benefited out of the most; it was a fair tool on how to change all the negatives that we’ve faced during the past 7 months (for me) into a positive attitude. This plan worked just fine with my visions, and then we were confident enough to think clearly about our future, next step after the EVS.
Ofc. This would not have happened if we didn’t have such a patient and kind trainers which they were able to leave a huge place in my heart.
Add to that the confident impact when you speak to trainers who are realistic and logic enough about the future. They have encouraged us and invested our energies for our own good.
I have to say something, but no one will understand expect them and ofc. They won’t read my article because they are not friends of mine here: “I am glad I’ve Cheated”. So thank you!
Now I’m back to my beloved city and volunteers.
